After working at the core of fleet operations — including fuel card management, maintenance coordination, vendor relations, special projects, and client support — Nancy is returning to what she calls her “true strength”: relationship management and network optimization.

Structuring, Optimizing, Building: The MAP Project
Nancy’s mission is clear: implement a durable and transparent structure for CANVEC’s technician network across Canada.
A typical day includes:
- Responding to internal operational needs
- Resolving vendor and technician challenges
- Identifying and onboarding new strategic partners
- Implementing formal agreements
- Establishing rigorous vendor selection criteria
- Optimizing territorial coverage
At the heart of this initiative is the MAP Project.
The objective? To structure and map our national technician network to optimize regional coverage, accelerate response times, and reduce operational costs. Because on the road, every minute matters.
The project begins in Quebec, with a clear focus on nationwide expansion.
