To strengthen our team and address the increasing demand in our 24/7 roadside assistance service through Canada, Canvec is actively seeking a Sales Representative who will play a key role in fostering positive customer experiences and establishing new business relationships with carriers, manufacturers, and transportation companies that rely on heavy trucks in their daily operations.

You will perform all types of business relationships. 

Responsibilities of our Sales Representative:

• Sales and revenue generation: generate sales and achieve revenue targets within your assigned territory. 
• New business development : prospect new clients, identifying sales opportunities, and convert leads into customers. Reach out to potential customers through cold calling. Communicate with ease, understanding the customers’ needs and influence them.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand the customer needs, address customer inquiries and concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Customers follow ups
• Sales Planning and Strategy: involved in the strategic planning with the management team.
• Manage your sales initiatives in the CRM. Keep your information up to date.
• Other sales task

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in communicating with clients of our industry
• 2 years in the transport industry and roadside assistance services
• Valid Canadian work permit
• Perfectly english speaking

Responsibilities of the Roadside Assistance Dispatcher – NIGHT/OVERNIGHT SHIFT

Operations management

• Service call management
• Ensure the dispatch of technicians
• Keep your information up to date in the company’s software
• Organize work to ensure continuous and quality service to all our customers
• Customer satisfaction monitoring
• Validate the accuracy of work orders
• Invoicing and administrative tasks

Human resources

• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
• Maintain and promote team spirit

Customer service

• Apply the highest industry standards for impeccable customer service
• Quickly correct dissatisfaction by proposing solutions

Job requirements:

• Experience in customer service position (asset but not necessary)
• Knowledge of mechanics (asset but not necessary)
• Knowledge of administrative tasks 
• Demonstrate leadership, rigor and team spirit
• Ability to work in an SME environment, competitive and under pressure
• Ability to communicate clearly with various stakeholders, internal and external
• Listening to the needs of the company, employees and customers
